A 2 part workshop designed to support you understand the basic movement patterns of a vinyasa practice, with modifications and strategies to advance within your postures. An opportunity to bridge the gap from your Modo practice to move into more dynamic Vinyasa practice.
Part one will focus on developing basics of the downward-facing dog flow, we will dive into basic understanding the mechanics of the shoulders, spine, and hips while exploring modifications to support building strength over time.
Part Two will give you the opportunity to play with the concepts offered in part one to explore more advanced postures such as arm balances, back bends, and headstand variations.
This workshop is designed for all levels and is designed to meet every practitioner where they are at with alternative variations so they can feel comfortable and confident within Vinyasa Style classes.
